Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be in digital format. Sorry, but we do not accept film, mechanical artwork or laser printouts as artwork.

We prefer outlined Illustrator EPS files.

Acceptable File Formats:
• pdf, jpg, eps, ai, cdr, tif, bmp, zip
• Both Mac and PC formats are acceptable.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Convert all fonts (type) to outlines whenever possible, otherwise, include both screen and printer fonts. Be sure to also include any fonts used in placed EPS files.

Include all embedded (placed) images with your artwork.

Please use our downloadable templates to set your artwork to the correct sheet sizes.

PDF Proofs will be supplied prior to production.

PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) PRODUCTS

Artwork should be created in CMYK color. Preparing artwork in RGB mode is not recommended, as color matching is problematic.

All pixel based art should be prepared at a minimum of 300 dpi. 1-bit images should be prepared at a minimum of 600 dpi, 1200 dpi recommended.

Allow 3mm print bleed off all edges.

EMBOSSED PRODUCTS

Ideally artwork should be supplied in monotone format. However, we can convert your artwork for you if required.

All pixel based art should be prepared at a minimum of 300 dpi. 1-bit images should be prepared at a minimum of 600 dpi, 1200 dpi recommended.
