Delivery

Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery is our preferred service on packages up to 1kg in weight. Larger order weights are sent out on Business Post next day service. Our normal despatch time for standard products available from stock is 3 working days, please allow up to 5 working days for POD items with printed inserts and 10 working days for custom made / printed items. If you need to discuss a specific delivery requirement then please contact us on 0845 458 43 45.

Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel orders for stock items by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Orders for custom made products are non-refundable. Please return the goods to our fulfillment house address:

If you are canceling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
